• Account data: username, email address, profile name, avatar and locale.
• Sign-in data: protected password records, Google/Facebook sign-in, and active account sign-ins.
• Packing-list data: items, categories, trip details, notes, saved templates and preferences.
• Sync and security data: change history, security checks, privacy-preserving IP data, performance indicators and error reports.
• Saved copies and sharing data: copies you create and public share links you choose to publish.

• Provide the service and keep your account in sync: contract necessity.
• Secure the service, prevent abuse and debug failures: legitimate interests.
• Send verification emails: contract necessity and security interests.
• Remember language, theme and use-without-internet state: service functionality.
• Optional public sharing: your action to make selected data available by link.

User content is protected while it is sent and is additionally encrypted in selected places. Browser storage on your device may keep copies for use without internet and changes waiting to be sent; you can clear this data from settings. Change history is cleaned up periodically, unverified accounts are removed after a set period, and saved copies are kept according to the service maintenance rules.

To run LUGSY, the service may use hosting, a database, email delivery, error reporting, and sign-in through Google/Facebook. Agreements with these services and storage regions must be configured before public launch.

You can download your data and delete your account in the app. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection by email. You may lodge a complaint with your EU/EEA supervisory authority.
